Hungarian Shepherd Stew
If our Hungarian homie can spare a slosh of their
hard-earned red wine, they should spill some in with
the water. Stellar stew is the least they deserve after
spending a day talking to sheep.
Makes about 8 bowlfuls or 2 1/2 quarts
